The Bloomin' News is a 16 to 20-page floral industry mini-magazine sent by postal mail to florists, designers and friends of the Los Angeles Flower Market (American Florists Exchange). Many subscribers are members of the renowned Los Angeles Flower District, the largest flower district in the United States, and of the US floral industry. The Bloomin' News has been published almost continuously since 1949.

What does The Bloomin' News publish?
We welcome and publish articles on a wide variety of topics of interest to retail florists, wholesalers, growers and suppliers to the floriculture industry. Check some of our recent topics!

Who are the recipients of the publication?
More than 4,500 retail florists receive The Bloomin' News by postal mail. Although subscribers are based throughout California and the U.S., more than 80 percent are in Southern California. Additionally, major floriculture and horticultural organizations throughout the United States, receive the publication. Several hundred flower and greens growers, wholesalers, distributors and suppliers to the industry are also among the recipients, as are members of the Los Angeles Flower Market of the American Florists Exchange, Ltd., our publisher.

When and how frequently is The Bloomin' News distributed?
Around the first of every odd-numbered month (January, March, May, July, September and November), The Bloomin' News is mailed to subscribers and available in the second floor membership badge office at the Los Angeles Flower Market.

Does the publication accept Advertising? Is it expensive?
Advertising in The Bloomin' News is offered at incredibly low rates, especially for California and especially considering the targeted market your ad reaches.
